The majestic Skógafoss waterfall
|
Iceland South Coast tourIn this all day tour along the south coast of Iceland, we depart from Hella village shopping center at 9am. We head eastward along the south coast across Iceland´s largest farmland area, learning about farming and farm culture on the way, stopping by small and large waterfalls (Gluggafoss, Seljalandsfoss, Gljúfrabúi and Skógafoss). We will stop by Dyrhólaey nature reserve and Reynisfjara black beach turning back at Vík village dropping by at the wool market if you like. A quick hot-dog or "kók og prins" (we will explain later) at the gas station and we are homeward bound. From Vík to Hella is about an hour´s drive and we will be back around 5pm.
